If something is wrong

If your order arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, message us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and a photo. We will offer a replacement or a refund.

Items we cannot take back

• Food and other perishable products once opened, unless they arrived faulty.
• Items damaged after delivery through misuse.

Refunds
